Pengelompokan Tahapan Pembuatan Tudung dengan Efektif dan Efisien Guna Membangun Perekonomian Masyarakat Rentan Miskin di Desa Grujugan

Abstrak
Desa Grujugan, Petanahan, Kebumen merupakan salah satu desa yang 90 % masyarakatnya memiliki mata pencaharian utama. Proses pembuatan tersebut dilakukan secara mandiri dan manual dari mulai proses awal pemotongan bambu sampai finishing produk. Program atau kegiatan efisiensi pembuatan tudung dari anyaman bambu terdiri dari persiapan, observasi, penyiapan alat dan bahan. Pemberian bantuan alat proses produksi menjadi lebih cepat dan lebih efisien dibandingkan proses produksi yang manual. Terbukti dengan hasil produksi tudung anyaman bambu lebih banyak dibanding manual. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat (P2MD) diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sektor ekonomi di desa grujugan.
