Pelatihan Fast Track untuk Lolos E-Recruitment Calon Wisudawan UNAKI

Abstract
Transformasi digital dalam rekrutmen mendorong penggunaan e-recruitment yang menuntut kesiapan lulusan perguruan tinggi. Namun, masih banyak calon wisudawan yang belum memahami sistem rekrutmen digital, penyusunan CV berbasis ATS, serta wawancara daring. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan calon wisudawan Universitas AKI dalam menghadapi e-recruitment melalui pelatihan fast track. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan strategi experiential learning, meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan materi, pelatihan interaktif, praktik, simulasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap alur rekrutmen digital, kemampuan menyusun CV berbasis ATS, serta kepercayaan diri dalam wawancara daring. Pelatihan ini berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja dan daya saing lulusan di pasar kerja digital.
