Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of curriculum changes, service quality, and personal selling on purchasing decisions for Pre-School books at Cv. Media Utama which is mediated by product needs. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used in this case is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all buyers who made transactions with CV. Media Utama. The sample in the study were buyers who made early childhood book transactions with CV. Media Utama. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, it was found that it turns out that curriculum changes do not have a significant influence on customer purchasing decisions CV. Media Utama. The results showed that it turns out that curriculum changes do affect customer product needs from CV. Media Utama. The results also show that it turns out that curriculum changes also have no effect on customer purchasing decisions moderated by customer product needs from CV. Media Utama. Service quality and product needs do not have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions for CV. Media Utama books. There is a significant influence between personal selling and consumer purchasing decisions.
