Optimalisasi Peran SMK dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Masyarakat melalui Smart Agrowisata Berbasis Digital di Desa Cinta

Abstract
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ibu rumah tangga dan siswa SMK Islam As-Syarief di Desa Cinta, Garut, melalui penerapan model smart agrowisata berbasis digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat meliputi keterbatasan keterampilan pascapanen kopi, belum adanya pemanfaatan limbah kulit kopi menjadi produk bernilai tambah, serta rendahnya literasi digital dalam pemasaran produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan pengolahan kopi, pengolahan kulit kopi menjadi Teh Cascara, serta pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran berbasis website. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test terhadap 30 peserta menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebesar 40%, dengan capaian akhir mencapai 80% pada aspek pengolahan kopi, diversifikasi produk Cascara, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga memotivasi masyarakat untuk lebih produktif secara ekonomi dan menjadikan sekolah sebagai pusat pengembangan inovasi desa. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa integrasi pelatihan teknis dan digitalisasi pemasaran dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan dalam membangun model smart agrowisata digital berbasis potensi lokal.
