Edukasi Penggunaan Mordant pada Pewarnaan Tote Bag Kulit Buah Naga bersama Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Kimia Pontianak

Abstract
Program pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan peningkatan kapasitas guru kimia dalam menerapkan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis lingkungan dan potensi lokal. Kegiatan difokuskan pada pelatihan anggota MGMP Kimia Kota Pontianak mengenai teknik ekstraksi pewarna alami dari kulit buah naga dan penggunaan mordant pada proses pewarnaan tote bag, yang dimanfaatkan sebagai media ajar visual berbasis kontekstual. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Project-Based Approach (PPBA) yang mengintegrasikan prinsip Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kompetensi guru, baik secara konseptual maupun praktis. Penggunaan tote bag hasil praktikum memperkaya strategi pembelajaran kimia berbasis eksperimen, serta mendukung keberlanjutan dan kreativitas dalam pengajaran. Luaran program berupa modul praktikum, produk tote bag, dan peningkatan literasi saintifik guru berkontribusi nyata terhadap pembelajaran kimia yang lebih kontekstual dan aplikatif di sekolah.
