Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok tani “Alam Berkah” di Desa Rasau Jaya Umum melalui pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik cair (POC) berbasis limbah kulit nanas dengan teknologi bioaktivator EM4. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif berbasis Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang menekankan pada penggalian potensi lokal dan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat. Kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan praktik langsung, dan pendampingan kelembagaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dari 70% menjadi 100% setelah pelatihan serta peningkatan kemampuan teknis dalam produksi pupuk organik. Dampak kegiatan meliputi efisiensi biaya produksi pertanian, peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, dan terbentuknya kelompok swadaya yang mandiri. Program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan ekonomi sirkular desa dan mendukung terwujudnya pertanian berkelanjutan berbasis sumber daya lokal.
