Pelatihan Pengelolaan Keuangan untuk Meningkatkan Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas di PAUD Terpadu Aisyiyah Pituruh

Abstract
Pengelolaan keuangan yang belum tertata secara sistematis di PAUD Terpadu Aisyiyah Pituruh menjadi permasalahan utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan keuangan yang tidak baku, rendahnya transparansi, serta keterbatasan kompetensi pengelola dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan pengelola PAUD dalam mengelola keuangan secara transparan, akuntabel, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui ceramah, diskusi, simulasi, dan pendampingan langsung berbasis Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam pencatatan kas masuk dan keluar, penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana, serta perencanaan anggaran. Selain itu, lembaga mulai menerapkan sistem pencatatan keuangan sederhana yang memudahkan proses pelaporan dan evaluasi dana operasional. Dampak kegiatan terlihat pada meningkatnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas keuangan serta bertambahnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga PAUD. Dengan demikian, pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan terbukti berperan penting dalam mendukung tata kelola lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkelanjutan.
